Allow Birraporetti’s professional event staff to assist you in planning an occasion that will win you rave reviews. Whether a formal, plated banquet or a vibrant themed buffet, a power lunch meeting, brunch with cooking stations, shower or cocktail party our detail-oriented planners and professional banquet staff will make the event of your dreams a reality. We are experts at designing award ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners that never fail to please. Our private banquet room seats up to 100 persons and has downtown tunnel access. Birraporetti’s is equipped with the tools and experience to cater to your every whim. Rest assured that the cuisine, space, entertainment, staff, scheduling and every detail will be just as according to plan. As with our in house events we also provide the same sophisticated services offsite at a locale of your choice. You will most assuredly be able to relax & enjoy your special affair!

This brochure describes our lunch and dinner packages, bar options, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, our gourmet pizza bar and a variety of “create your own menu” options. The final page provides general information for planning your special event.

A $250.00 deposit is required to hold our Private Dining Room for your function.

 

A $500.00 minimum required during Lunch hours and

$1,000 minimum required during Dinner hours.

 

During the holidays, required minimums are as follows:

December weekday evenings are minimum $2,000

December weekend (Friday-Sunday) evenings are minimum $4,000

 

If your final bill equals or exceeds this minimum, and there have been no damages

 To the facility, the $250.00 deposit will be applied to your final bill. 

(Minimum includes food, beverage, fees, tax and gratuity)

 

Menu confirmation and a guaranteed guest count are required

seven (7) business days prior to your event.

 

A $50.00 bar fee will be applied when a bar setup is required.

 

Audio visual epuipment is available for your use. A laptop projector for a fee of $50.00 and a wireless microphone for $25.00

 

A $20.00 cake-cutting fee will be applied if any cake is brought in.

ALL CAKES MUST BE FROM CERTIFIED BAKER.

 

A linen fee of $2.00 per person will be applied to the final bill if your party is in our private banquet room or if linen is used in our upstairs dining area

Colored linens are available.

 

All food and beverages are subject to sales tax of 8.25% and 23% gratuity.

5% room charge if applicable.

 

Dance floor available upon request. Rental fee based on size.
